Our Return /Cancellation Policy
If you are uncertain if your are ordering the correct item, please email us for assistance. Orders cannot be cancelled after they ship. Once they ship, please refer to our return policy below. We are here to help!
If you are not satisfied with your product purchase, please email us at sales@BarcodePrinterSupply.com for return instructions within 15 calendar days from the day your order was delivered. Defective Products will be replaced at Barcode Printer Supply’s expense. An item that was incorrectly ordered is not considered Defective. Products that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping costs (if you received free or discounted shipping).
Please note the following items cannot be returned:
• Software cannot be returned
• Used items cannot be returned
• Custom items cannot be returned
• Zebra Brand products that have been opened cannot be returned. This is a Zebra Technologies policy and applies to all of their products. Please make sure you have ordered the correct item before opening it
How to Exchange or Return a Product
Prior to returning products for refund, customers must contact Barcode Printer Supply to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Again, return instructions must be requested within 15 calendar days from the shipment delivery date. To ensure seamless processing, no product returns will be accepted without a RMA#. If you need to return an item, simply send an email to sales@BarcodePrinterSupply.com to request a RMA.
All returned products must be in original, unmarked packaging in new condition. Please do not write on the manufacturer’s original packaging!
Upon request, an RMA# with exact return instructions will be issued via email. Please note that RMA's are only valid for 15 calendar days after being issued. If Barcode Printer Supply does not receive the returned items within 15 days of issuing the RMA, the RMA will become invalid and we will be unable to issue a credit for the returned merchandise.
Exchange and Returns Timing
Once Barcode Printer Supply has received the defective or incorrect product, and it has been fully inspected, you will be issued a credit. Refunds will be credited to the method in which the product(s) was initially purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for return processing and refunding.
Barcode Printer Supply reserves the right to alter or modify this return policy at any time and shall accept returns and issue refunds at its sole discretion.
