If there is a vertical white line through your label you have a bad printhead element.  If the white line is affecting a barcode or critical text, you will need to replace your Zebra printhead to recover that area of print.  If you are uncertain if the white line is affecting the barcode, scan it to make sure it is decoding correctly.
